About this Heart for Photograpy site

I have a lot of passions.

• Listening to many styles of music, from Mozart to McCartney, from Magna Carta to Monteverdi, from Marillion to John Mayer and from Miss Saigon to Mezzoforte.
• Playing acoustic and electric guitar, and a bit of piano, keyboards and bass guitar.
• My profession is graphic design, web design, logo design, CD sleeve design, text (re)writing and even cartoon drawing.

And then there is my heart for photography... All photos on this site were made by me. You'll find several chapters, from business subjects and musicians to nature and animals, like our two girls Kilala and Momiji (a pug and a Tibetan spaniel).

You can also find some photos of my lovely wife Kaori, who played a role in the Belgian TV series called Wij van België. A comedy about the Belgian prince Filip and his wife Mathilde. Kaori played a Japanese translator for a Japanese business delegation.

I love all of these subjects, but my favorite is probably concert photography. You don't have to be a Sherlock Holmes to deduct that this is because of my big passion for music... Of course I prefer to take my professional camera stuff to concerts. Sometimes that is not allowed, for example at a fantastic John Mayer concert, but even with a pocket camera one can get some nice results.
